Personal Information Collection Statement
Pursuant to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), Hong Kong

2. Classes of Personal Data Collected
- Identity & contact — name and email address (collected at registration via Clerk).
- Quiz activity — question responses, scores, session timestamps, and topic performance data (stored in Turso).
- Payment status — Golden Pass plan type and expiry date (stored in Clerk metadata; card details processed exclusively by Stripe and never held by us).
3. Purposes of Collection
- Creating and authenticating your account.
- Delivering and personalising the quiz and drill features.
- Tracking performance and generating statistics.
- Processing Golden Pass payments and granting pro access.
- Communicating service updates or responding to support requests.
4. Classes of Transferees
Your personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients for the purposes stated above:

No data is sold or shared with advertisers or other third parties.
5. Retention
Personal data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data instantly via Account → Delete Account in the app.
6. Your Rights Under the PDPO
- Right of Access (s.18 PDPO) — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right of Correction (s.22 PDPO) — you may request correction of any inaccurate personal data.
- To exercise these rights, email ixyl22@gmail.com. We will respond within 40 days as required by law. A reasonable fee may be charged for access requests in accordance with the Ordinance.
7. Voluntary Provision
Providing your name and email is necessary to create an account. Quiz activity data is generated automatically through your use of the service. Failure to provide required data will prevent access to the service.
