By creating an account or using HK FinancePrep, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

HK FinancePrep is an independent MCQ practice tool for candidates preparing for HKSI Paper 1 (LE 1). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI), the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), or any official examination body.

We do not guarantee that use of this app will result in passing any examination. Practice questions are provided for educational purposes only and may not reflect the exact content, difficulty, or format of actual HKSI exams. Results are your responsibility.

• Golden Pass is a one-time, time-limited purchase (1 day / 7 days / 30 days) in HKD via Stripe.
• All payments are final. No refunds are issued once access is granted.
• Pro features expire automatically at the end of the purchased period.

• Do not share accounts, scrape content, or reproduce questions for commercial use.
• Do not attempt to circumvent tier restrictions or access controls.
• Provide accurate registration information.

You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time via Account → Delete Account. Deletion is instant and irreversible.

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, HK FinancePrep is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any loss (including exam failure, lost earnings, or data loss) arising from use or inability to use the service.

We may update these Terms or suspend the service at any time. Material changes will be flagged in the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
